CHARACTERISTICS OF A WISE PERSON
But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere. (James 3:17 NLT)
Wise people show certain qualities. This verse shows us six of them.
1. Those who have pure thoughts.

2. Those who are pacifists don’t start fights. They carry a bucket of water and not gasoline, this is, to turn off the fire caused by fights.

3. They are kind and direct themselves with courtesy.

4. They have compassion for the less fortunate and do something about it.

5. They are people who treat everyone kindly without caring about their social status, education, nationality, etc.

6. They are sincere. They are trustworthy because you know who they truly are. They don’t have a double agenda.
Do you need of this wisdom that comes from heaven? Come to God through prayer and ask for it so that you can have these important characteristics in your life.
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you (James 1:5 NLT)
