Do I have an option?

DO I HAVE AN OPTION?

“Now listen! Today I am giving you a choice between life and death, between prosperity and disaster. 16 For I command you this day to love the Lord your God and to keep his commands, decrees, and regulations by walking in his ways. If you do this, you will live and multiply, and the Lord your God will bless you and the land you are about to enter and occupy. (Deuteronomy 30:15-16 NLT).

Life? Death? Prosperity? Destruction? Blessings? Curses? What is the key? What do you choose?
God wants us to choose life, but to be able to obtain life, prosperity, and blessing, we need to fulfill certain conditions he left us in his Word. These are: to love, obey, and firmly commit to him.
God has given us free will, He gives us the two options we have in life. We all choose which path to take and depending on what we choose will be the legacy we will leave for our generations.

“Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live! 20 You can make this choice by loving the Lord your God, obeying him, and committing yourself firmly to him. This[a] is the key to your life. And if you love and obey the Lord, you will live long in the land the Lord swore to give your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.” (Deuteronomy 30:19-20 NLT).

Look, today I am giving you the choice between a blessing and a curse! You will be blessed if you obey the commands of the Lord your God that I am giving you today… (Deuteronomy 11:26-28 NLT).

Think about it:
What changes do you need to make in your life to be blessed?
In the current way you live, what kind of legacy are you leaving for your generations?
In what place is God in your life?
