Prayer, Fire, and Presence – Part 2

Prayer, Fire, and Presence – Part 2

“When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the temple.”
2 Chronicles 7:1 (NKJV)
The presence of God is not just a theological concept; it is a reality that transforms the lives of those who seek Him with all their hearts. When Solomon finished praying, the glory of the Lord descended and filled the temple. In the same way, when we live in prayer, the fire of the Spirit purifies us, and His presence completely fills us. There is no greater privilege for a believer than to live each day accompanied by the presence of God.
Presence

“When Solomon had finished praying, fire came down from heaven and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the Lord filled the temple.”
2 Chronicles 7:1 (NKJV)
Think About It:

  1. Do you desire the presence of God more than anything else in your life?
  2. How can you strengthen your relationship with God so that His presence is constant in your daily life?
  3. What things do you need to leave behind to draw closer to His presence?
