I Will Bring It Back

I Will Bring It Back

“I will bring back all the Temple treasures that King Nebuchadnezzar carried off to Babylon.”
Jeremiah 28:3 NLT
God is a God of restoration. When we feel that the enemy has stolen our peace, family, blessings, or dreams, He has the power to bring everything back. What seemed lost, God can restore and multiply.

  1. God restored my peace
Before knowing Christ, I lived with anger and depression. I had no clear purpose in life. But when the Lord entered my heart, He gave me peace, purpose, and a new vision. Now I live with enthusiasm, knowing that God fulfills His purpose in me.

“The LORD will work out his plans for my life— for your faithful love, O LORD, endures forever.”
Psalm 138:8 NLT
“But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.”
Galatians 5:22-23 NLT

  1. God restored my sobriety and freedom
Although I was not an alcoholic, I grew up in a home where alcoholism was a reality. But in Christ, generational curses of addiction were broken. In my home, God has brought freedom, and we have been preserved from those vices.
  2. God restored the blessing of family
As a child, I experienced my parents’ separation. The enemy destroyed their marriage, but God broke that cycle of pain in my life. Today, by God’s grace, I have been blessed with nearly 30 years of a strong and Christ-centered marriage.
  3. God restored lost blessings
Before knowing Christ, the enemy stole many blessings from me, but God has given me even more than what was lost. Today, I am blessed in every area of my life—spiritually, in my family, socially, and financially.

“I will bring back all the Temple treasures that King Nebuchadnezzar carried off to Babylon.”
Jeremiah 28:3 NLT
God not only restores but multiplies what has been stolen from us.
“But if he (the thief) is caught, he must pay back seven times what he stole…”
Proverbs 6:31 NLT
Think About It:
• Is there something in your life that the enemy has stolen and you need God to restore?
• Have you recognized the blessings that God has already brought back into your life?
• How can you strengthen your faith to trust that God will restore what seems lost?
