There is no influence without an attitude of service

THERE IS NO INFLUENCE WITHOUT AN ATTITUDE OF SERVICE

They replied, “If today you will be a servant to these people and serve them and give them a favorable answer, they will always be your servants.” (1 Kings 12:7 NIV)

Being a leader implies that we serve those we lead, in the home, job, school, church or other place in our community.

Leaders have the privilege of serving others through the gifts and abilities that God has given us to help others.

Leadership is influence, and the day that a leader stops serving others, they start to lose their influence and effectiveness.

They replied, “If today you will be a servant to these people and serve them and give them a favorable answer, they will always be your servants.” (1 Kings 12:7 NIV)

Think about it:
What area are you a leader in?
In what way are you serving others?
Are you gaining or losing influence?
