The Lord relented

THE LORD RELENTED

In my vision the locusts ate every green plant in sight. Then I said, “O Sovereign Lord, please forgive us or we will not survive, for Israel is so small.” So the Lord relented from this plan. “I will not do it,” he said. (Amos 7:2-3 NLT)

These months, I have seen a plague in the world that is not locusts, but the coronavirus.

God did not cause the plague, he only allowed it because of our rebellious hearts.

I know that if humanity repents of our bad ways and return to God, then He will intervene in a supernatural way for this plague to no longer destroy us.

In my vision the locusts ate every green plant in sight. Then I said, “O Sovereign Lord, please forgive us or we will not survive, for Israel is so small.” So the Lord relented from this plan. “I will not do it,” he said. (Amos 7:2-3 NLT)
Think about it:

How has your heart been with God: rebellious or obedient?
What things do you need to ask God for and repent?
Have you turned your heart back to God?
