WHO IS INFLUENCING YOU?
In one way or another, we all influence others and we are also influenced.
Have you ever imitated someone or told a joke you heard on television?
John says that we should remember two things:
– First, we must not imitate the bad things others do, even if it is popular.
– Second, we should intentionally pursue to imitate the good things people do on earth.
Have you met a couple that has been married for 50 years? Imitate the good things they have done and you will obtain a successful and healthy marriage.
“Tell me who you’re with, and I’ll tell you who you are.” Make sure that you are surrounded by people that influence you to do good, so you take care of your testimony.
Think about it:
Who have you allowed to influence you? How has others’ influence impacted your life?
Who do you admire and imitate? Why?
