Heart

HEART

…No, a true Jew is one whose HEART is right with God. And true circumcision is not merely obeying the letter of the law; rather, it is a change of heart produced by the Spirit. And a person with a changed heart seeks praise from God, not from people. (Romans 2:29 NLT)

It’s all about the heart.
When I think about the word heart, I think of the main organ in the body that is located on the left side of my chest and that sends blood to the rest of the body.
I also think about that invisible and spiritual area of the human being, from which hate or love, fear or faith, bad or good desires, selfishness or generosity can come.

Generosity, holiness, attitude towards life, love and hate, etc. It ‘s all about the heart.
Generosity is a matter of the heart. How can I develop a generous heart?

1. We must deal with the selfish heart.
2. We must deal with the aching heart.
3. We must develop a generous heart.
4. We must develop a grateful heart.

Let all that I am praise the Lord;   may I never forget the good things he does for me.
(Psalms 103:2 NLT)

Remember that you were once slaves in the land of Egypt and the Lord your God redeemed you! That is why I am giving you this command. (Deut. 15:15 NLV)

No, a true Jew is one whose HEART is right with God. And true circumcision is not merely obeying the letter of the law; rather, it is a change of HEART produced by the Spirit. And a person with a changed HEART seeks praise from God, not from people.
(Romans 2:29 NLT)

Think about it:
What frequently comes out of your heart?
How is your heart?
In what ways do you develop your heart to remain grateful and generous?
