I TRIED TO UNDERSTAND

So I tried to understand why the wicked prosper. But what a difficult task it is!

How to understand this?
Yesterday we learned that something that helps us is resting in God and coming to Him in prayer.
Something that can help us not get depressed is:
3. We have to live by faith, believing the Word of God. Even if it appears as if the wicked prosper, the end will be different for them and for those who fear God.
…and I finally understood the destiny of the wicked. (Psalms 73:17 NLT)
Don’t worry about the wicked or envy those who do wrong. For like grass, they soon fade away. Like spring flowers, they soon wither. Trust in the Lord and do good.
Then you will live safely in the land and prosper.Take delight in the Lord,
and he will give you your heart’s desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord.
Trust him, and he will help you. (Psalms 37:1-5 NLT)

4. To not lose our joy we must continue serving God. Let’s be certain that for the wicked there will be punishment, but for the righteous there will be reward.
Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ. But if you do what is wrong, you will be paid back for the wrong you have done. For God has no favorites.(Colossians 3:23-25)
